HR Operations Manager Talent Acquisition, Learning and Performance
This role leads the operational delivery of Talent Acquisition (experienced hire), Learning and Development, and performance management services across CMS. Youll manage a team of 12 colleagues and ensure these services are delivered consistently, compliantly and in line with business priorities. Alongside daytoday operations, youll play a key role in improving how we use systems, data and insight to support colleagues and managers across the firm.
What youll do
Lead the effective, timely and compliant delivery of global Talent Acquisition support across the firm.
Oversee the delivery of Learning and Development programmes, ensuring they align with business needs and reflect colleague feedback and insight.
Support the operational delivery of the annual performance review cycle, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for colleagues and managers.
Work closely with Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partnering teams to ensure services are aligned, joinedup and responsive to local requirements.
Manage and develop the use of Workday and related technology, including AIenabled solutions, to support Talent Acquisition, Learning and Performance processes.
Ensure system changes are clearly scoped, effectively tested and focused on accessibility and user experience.
Manage thirdparty service providers to ensure agreed service levels and quality standards are met.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, responding to feedback and using insight to improve services.
Analyse data and metrics to assess service effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead, coach and support the HR Operations team through change, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and best practice.
What youll bring
Experience leading operational HR services across Talent Acquisition, Learning and/or performance management in a complex organisation.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams and balance global consistency with local needs.
Experience managing and developing teams, including supporting colleagues through change.
Confidence using HR systems, data and insight to improve processes and user experience.
A clear, practical communication style and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
