CMS is looking for a Billing Assistant to join our Sofia team. The role will be supporting Partners and Associates with their pre/post-billing related administrative activities. The person will be an integral part of our Finance department ensuring the accurate and timely drafting and preparation of invoices.

Billing Assistant (Ref: BAA)
Core Position Expectations:
- Dealing with billing related queries
- Preparation of covering documents on generated bills
- Monitoring client database for accuracy
- Facilitating the dispatch of bills in line with the clients requirements and the firm policy
- Liaising with the eBilling team for billing guidelines and portal requirements
- Assistance with other post billing queries and generating reports
- Works to given timeframes and anticipates uneven workflows
- Support office cash collection
- Effective communication with our clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Finance, or final-year student in Economics or Finance
- Previous experience on similar position would be considered a plus
- Fluent in Bulgarian and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Willing to do routine tasks
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Able to use initiative, but also work well within a team
- Responsible for managing own development, willing to learn and follow instructions.
