The Clearing House is the analytical heartbeat of our financial ecosystem, clearing and guaranteeing every matched transaction to ensure market integrity. As a Clearing Deliveries & Risk Analyst, you will step into a pivotal role, monitoring the financial performance of clearing members and safeguarding the final settlement of productswhether through cash or physical delivery. You will be the guardian of compliance, ensuring that as contracts reach maturity, every position is accounted for and every regulation is met. This role is designed for a meticulous problem-solver who thrives on reconciliation, data accuracy, and the high-stakes environment of market monitoring.

What Youll Do
Orchestrate Delivery Operations: Take command of daily delivery processes, ensuring clearing member firms execute with precision and timeliness.
Monitor Market Integrity: Vigilantly track market movements and firm activities to identify potential risk issues before they escalate.
Enforce Risk Mitigation: Act as a front-line defender by applying and enforcing rigorous risk mitigation procedures across clearing member firms.
Master Data Reconciliation: Ensure the absolute accuracy of clearing member positions and delivery data, maintaining a balanced and current reporting ecosystem.
Drive Strategic Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the Clearinghouse and member firms, assessing delivery capabilities and managing real-time risk exposure.
Solve Complex Issues: Diagnose, document, and resolve technical and operational hurdles within clearing applications, providing clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
What Youll Bring
Bachelor's degree required
Open to recent graduates with relevant or transferrable skills and experiences
0 - 2 years work experience in a client service centered role, preferred
Analytical Prowess: A keen ability to dissect complex data sets and solve intricate problems under the pressure of market deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on advanced Excel) and fluency in the Google App Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Communication Excellence: The interpersonal skills required to lead daily dialogues with clearing members and internal risk teams.
Collaborative Mindset: A proven track record of working effectively within high-functioning teams to achieve shared outcomes.
Operational Discipline: Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule to meet the rhythmic demands of the clearing cycle.
Work Schedule: This position requires a daily presence in our Chicago office, 5 days a week
