The year-long programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates in the Investor Services - Custody team.

Your time here will look something like this...

  • As a Graduate you will go through a lengthy interview process. If successful, you will be placed in Investor Services - Custody.

  • We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

  • Were committed to teaching you the ropes. The Learnership Graduate Programme trains and grows key players in todays changing economic environment and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to make an impact in the African and Global economy.

We want to hear from you if...

  • You have obtained your undergraduate degree with a GPA 65% & above or Master's degree in any discipline

  • Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required

  • You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

  • You demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

  • You possess a can-do attitude and approach challenges with optimism and determination

  • You show resilience in the face of obstacles and adapt quickly to changing circumstances

  • You are a proven completer of tasks with a track record of following through on commitments

  • Attach your most updated CV, cover letter, full academic transcripts & ID when applying
