Job Overview

The Sales Business Execution Associate role will directly support the Services Sales Global Business Execution Lead, driving an extensive agenda including: 1) the execution of strategic initiatives such as target operating models, client segmentation, and platform strategy; 2) data and analytics including sales reporting, productivity, sales effectiveness measurement, actionable analytics, and the design and implementation of transformative AI projects; 3) cross-business partnerships with Banking, Markets, and the Client Organization; and 4) resource and expense management for the global Sales teams.  

With the rapid advancements in AI capabilities and Citis focus on being the industry leader in this space, you will have the opportunity to play an important part in how Services defines and executes our AI strategy, working closely with partners in Product, Cluster, Technology and Operations. This includes helping to drive agentic AI solutions for Sales origination, as well as re-engineering existing processes to drive efficiency and productivity. You will also have ample opportunity to engage with Services Senior Management as you help communicate progress across a wide range of key deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Global Business Execution Lead on both structured and ad hoc projects

  • Coordinating across the Sales Business Execution team pillars, acting as the central point of contact

  • Engaging directly with the sales teams to gather insights and feedback on various initiatives

  • Project-managing the implementation of the Sales Platform Strategy for CRM, in partnership with the Client Organization

  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies, particularly AI, and understanding how it can be applied to Services Sales

  • Analyzing existing Business Execution processes in-depth to understand what can be improved through the use of AI

  • Preparing materials and presentations for Senior Management

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience

  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas

  • Experience with databases and information management

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
