Job description
Join Citi's Payroll Team in Budapest to contribute to process improvement and development in payroll operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills who can lead business processes, develop solutions, and collaborate effectively across stakeholder groups.
This role involves performing business analysis for payroll operations, leading specific business processes, assessing cross-functional workflows, developing strategic solutions, and contributing to management reporting and documentation. The analyst will drive process improvements, research best practices, and implement innovative approaches to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of related experience, a bachelor's degree, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated capability to influence and guide complex operational challenges.
