Job Overview

Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Business Execution Lead to join our team as part of the Technology Enabled Operations Productivity program. This pivotal role is crucial in delivering operational efficiency and effectiveness across Services. This role will be a lead in the Ops Productivity, Strategy and Investment Planning team ensuring robust governance, timely communication, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ops Productivity Program Execution:

  • Drive the program across Services, ensuring a strong governance process is in place in collaboration with Ops, Product and Technology partners
  • Continuously assess program performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the program effectively contributes to meeting and exceeding technology delivery plans.
  • Utilize productivity forums and sub-forums, to provide clear and timely updates to Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Foster strong relationships across associated Product, Operations, and Technology functions to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and ensure collaborative project and commercialization delivery
  • Partner effectively with diverse teams across geographies and functional areas
  • Demonstrate leadership and the ability to operate independently, making informed decisions and driving initiatives forward within a global, highly complex organizational environment.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate program status, issues, risks, and their disposition to stakeholders.
  • Act as a challenger to the change management workstream, ensuring investments align with growth areas.
  • Represent Services Operations at various forums, including investment coordinators, central ops program governance, and Organizational PMO forums.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology). Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex operational productivity programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of Agile transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
