Job description
Citi is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst for their Services - Client & Services Assurance group in Warsaw. This role involves monitoring critical payment processing flows, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting real-time payment systems using reliability engineering principles.
Primary responsibilities include production support of critical payment processing flows, investigating system alerts, identifying root causes of technical issues, and coordinating with technology and production support teams to resolve complex incidents.
The ideal candidate will have a technology-related degree with 2+ years of experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of database technologies, application monitoring tools, and understanding of middleware technologies and ITIL principles.
