Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience. Role Overview:

This is an intermediate level position within the EMEA Fixed Income Rates Sales Middle Office Team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the allocation and confirmation of securities and derivatives transactions, ensuring that the objectives of Operations, the Business and our clients are executed to a high standard and in full accordance with regulatory and control requirements.

What youll do:

Assist with driving the teams operational efficiency, automation and productivity agenda including keeping abreast with and adopting new technologies

Maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis.

Maintain and improve the client experience and providing first class customer service.

Work within a control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements

What well need from you:

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive

Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise, demonstrated success interacting with senior management.

Strong risk management and control mindset

Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information.

Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented

Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business.
