Data Governance Lead, Vice President

This role involves leading critical data governance initiatives, including establishing data governance policies, managing compliance metrics, and supporting key data transformation projects across the organization. The primary focus is on defining enterprise data governance strategy and implementing data risk and control frameworks.

Candidates must have significant experience in banking/finance, preferably in data governance, data management, process engineering, risk, or controls. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to develop multi-mode communications, drive consensus, and influence relationships across all organizational levels. Candidates should demonstrate organizational savvy, understanding complex systems and management processes.
