The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Development within the ICM Product Organization will lead a high-performing team of product developers focused on designing and delivering innovative KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions. This role is critical to driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by ensuring the development of scalable, intuitive, and impactful analytics products that empower stakeholders with actionable insights.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Define and execute the product development strategy for KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions aligned with organizational goals.

    • Partner with senior business leaders to identify key performance metrics and reporting needs that drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

  • Product Development & Innovation:

    • Lead the design and development of advanced reporting platforms, dashboards, and visualization tools that deliver real-time insights.

    • Ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and leverage modern technologies and best practices in data visualization and analytics.

  • Team Management & Development:

    • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of product developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Drive talent development initiatives to maintain a high-performing team capable of delivering complex solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure alignment and adoption of reporting solutions.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on KPI design, dashboard usability, and reporting strategies.

  • Governance & Quality Assurance:

    • Establish standards and governance for KPI definitions, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.

    • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure reliability and compliance with internal and external requirements.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 15+ years of experience in product development, data analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data architecture, and cloud technologies.Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
