Job description
A specialized role in Citi Trust providing comprehensive corporate governance and administrative support across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will manage corporate secretary functions, registered office services, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory obligations while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
The primary responsibilities include performing critical corporate secretary functions such as ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, supporting board operations, managing shareholder relations, and updating governance policies and practices across different jurisdictions.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in trust and corporate services, with a strong background in company administration, preferably STEP qualified. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management, organizational abilities, and a high level of accuracy in handling complex administrative tasks.
