Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic individual to join the Payments Transformation Team, a critical function supporting Global Payments Operations. This pivotal role is essential for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. As part of the Ops Productivity, Strategy, and Investment Planning team, the person will need to ensure robust governance, timely communication, and strategic alignment across our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ops Productivity Program Execution:

  • Drive Payments programs through collaboration with Operations, Product, and Technology, fostering strong relationships for successful delivery.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program performance against objectives
  • Ensure the program effectively contributes to meeting and exceeding technology delivery plans.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Apply best practice PMO methodology to develop tailored project plans, delivering desired outcomes within budget and adhering to CPMC guidelines
  • Generate clear and concise activity, progress, and management reports
  • Utilize productivity forums and sub-forums, to provide clear and timely updates to Senior Management Team and document minutes the calls effectively
  • Partner effectively with diverse teams across geographies and functional areas
  • Demonstrate leadership and the ability to operate independently, making informed decisions

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate program status, issues, risks, and their disposition to stakeholders.
  • Act as a challenger to the change management workstream, ensuring investments align with growth areas.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology). Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex operational productivity programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of Agile transformation programs.
  • Proficient with current AI tools and an awareness of emerging industry trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
