Job Overview
El Cajero Universales un puesto de nivel inicial responsable de la ejecucin de actividades en la sucursal, que incluyen la prestacin diaria de servicios que implican interactuar con el cliente, las transacciones de procesamiento y actividades de ventas, en coordinacin con la funcin de Servicio al Cliente. El objetivo general utilizar su conocimiento y experiencia sobre la banca para proporcionar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y ayudar a la sucursal a generar ganancias al ofrecer soluciones ptimas.
Responsabilidades:
- Asistir a clientes de Citi para abrir nuevas cuentas, gestionar cuentas actuales y resolver problemas complejos de servicio al cliente.
- Prestar servicios en la sucursal a asistir con las transacciones de procesamiento en la ventanilla o en la plataforma.
- Educar a los clientes sobre productos y servicios, e identificar soluciones bancarias que puedan satisfacer sus metas financieras.
- Generar empata para atraer a posibles clientes y as establecer relaciones bancarias, y reforzar las relaciones con clientes existentes.
- Gestionar responsabilidades de supervisin ante la ausencia de gerentes, segn sea necesario.
Calificaciones:
- 1 ao de experiencia relevante.
- Experiencia de trabajo en servicios de sucursales.
- Buen conocimiento en manejo del paquete de Office y de herramientas web.
- Experiencia en ventas de productos financieros.
- Capacidad para trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo.
Educacin:
- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
