Job Overview
El ejecutivo 1 personal de sucursal es un puesto de nivel inicial responsable de asistir en la ejecucin de ventas, productos o actividades de servicio en coordinacin con el equipo de servicio al cliente. El objetivo general de este cargo es fomentar las relaciones con los clientes para generar lealtad y ayudar a aumentar las ventas a clientes consumidores individuales.
Responsabilidades:
- Atraer y retener nuevos clientes, y vender productos financieros.
- Promover y vender productos financieros como cuentas, tarjetas de crdito, seguros, prstamos personales, inversiones, entre otros productos; alcanzar los objetivos de venta mensuales.
- Completar ventas en las sucursales o visitar a los clientes y clientes potenciales para vender productos.
- Completar la retencin de clientes.
- Seleccionar el mejor curso de accin de una amplia gama de opciones definidas, y comprender las consecuencias de cada una.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideracin particular por la reputacin de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la poltica, aplicando un juicio tico slido en relacin con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prcticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
Calificaciones:
- Entre 1 y 3 aos de experiencia relevante.
- Experiencia en la venta de productos financieros.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
Educacin:
- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
