Job Overview
The Credit Initiation Team Lead is an entry level position responsible for assisting in assessing the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to minimize threats to the company by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate work as a team leader over credit initiation specialists, delegating and supervising tasks
- Train and coach credit initiation specialists and use credit knowledge and signing authority to manage exceptions
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer documentation and recorded information within computerized systems
- Interpret procedures and policies to guide support staff in resolving complex problems
- Ensure the quality of tasks and services provided by the team
- Apply knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts
- Exchange information in a concise and logical way, while being sensitive to audience diversity
- Fulfilling the clients necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a related role
- Fundamental understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical area
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Funciones
- Anlisis y Dictaminacion de crditos Hipotecarios ingresados por sucursal o bien Canales Brockers
- Interpretacin de buro de crdito.
- Validacin de candados de seguridad de Identificacin, comprobantes de domicilio y comprobantes de ingresos tales como son Estados de cuenta, Recibos de nmina, cuestionarios mdicos, ingresos
- Interpretacin de declaraciones anuales, estados financieros.
- Deteminar la lnea de crdito
- Revision de Documentacin Etapa 1 Crdito Hipotecario
Requisitos
- Experiencia en Intepretacin de Bro de Crdito avanzado (Indispensable)
- Conocimiento en sistemas internos ADMWIN32, ONDEMAN, PREST, Y BROWSE.
- Experiencia en anaislis de crditos (nalisis de ingresos Asalariados, personas fsicas y morales, actas constitutivas, interpretacion de testimonios de escrituras)
- Experiencia en base de datos
- Experiencia en revisin de documentos
- Experiencia en sistema Cronos
- Habilidades de Capturia/ Analisis de Informacion
- Manejo de paqueteria Offices
- Conocimiento en interpretacin de Buro de Crdito, Anlisis de ingresos de Asalariados, personas fsicas y morales. Experiencia en dictaminacin de crditos.
- Experiencia en manejo de expedientes, conocimiento en ingresos: recibos, edos de cuenta e interpretacin de buro, estados financieros (Indispensable)
Horario L-V de 9 a 6/ disponibilidad de horario y cambio de horario cuando asi se requiera
