Citi’s Services, Markets, Banking and Functions (SMBF) is looking for you to join our Production Services Technology team. Our technologists enable and support the success of our SMBF Business utilizing a broad range of technologies and data. We seek to drive our systems and processes toward scalable, low-latency, high-frequency enterprise systems to support Citi and our clients.

The Production Management organisation is embarking on a multiyear evolution which will change how it delivers its core services. This large-scale change programme has many different streams of work of which one is Optimisation and Enablement. Optimisation and Enablement will redefine not just what but how work is performed and drive a sustainable model for increased effectiveness and maturity across these services. This role will report into the Service Maturity Data and Analytics Lead and will be responsible for driving measurable change across this domain. The role will be “hands on” and the successful candidate will be very technically astute across a broad set of Technologies.

Day to day tasks will involve actively driving the maturity of the Service Offering of all Data and Analytics utilized across Production Management Globally. Supporting the effort to move towards next generation analytics enabling the ability to not just describe and diagnose but to predict and prescribe meaningful actions automatically. Being able to measure and communicate the benefit and impact will be a crucial component.

Collaboration beyond the Production Management organization will be required to deliver aspects of the programme. The role will involve handling large critical datasets where attention to detail is paramount. Innovation is a key driver and as such persons with an inquisitive technical mindset will thrive. Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of impactful and positive change. The role will require someone with proven ability to not just deliver change technically but to also embed the change sustainably.
