Job Overview

The Sales Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist multiple production support functions and aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements; design and implement process improvements

  • Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements

  • Aid in the customer service process to ensure satisfactory customer service

  • Assist the delivery and administration of access media as well as sales tools

  • Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media

  • Review and provide training material to sales and operations

  • Support new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience

  • Previous banking/analytics experience preferred

  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications

  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


Education:

  • Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El Consumer Sales Support Analyst gestiona el anlisis, diseo e implementacin de procesos y proyectos de mejora, asegurando la eficiencia operativa, el cumplimiento de objetivos estratgicos y la correcta adopcin de soluciones, fungiendo como enlace clave entre las reas de negocio y socios operativos.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Analizar, definir y mapear (flujogramas) procesos AS-IS complejos y disear procesos TO-BE con el detalle operativo, identificando impactos relacionados, acordar funciones y servicios con reas operativas para establecer procesos prcticos, automatizados, seguros y controlados.
  • Definir lineamientos y mejores prcticas de procesos para reducir tiempos, identificar riesgos para establecer controles para asegurar la correcta operacin.
  • Asegurar la alineacin de los procesos con polticas internas y objetivos estratgicos.
  • Identificar incidencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora operativa, eficiencia y control.
  • Planear y ejecutar proyectos de mejora, automatizacin o transformacin.
  • Elaborar planes de trabajo, cronogramas y seguimiento de dependencias.
  • Socializar con equipos multidisciplinarios y reas regulatorias.
  • Dar seguimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos y calidad de los proyectos.
  • Definir requerimientos tecnolgicos de proyectos, definir escenarios de prueba y ejecucin de pruebas UAT para asegurar la correcta funcionalidad y pruebas de no impacto, acompaamiento en el Sanity al equipo operativo y Tecnolgico.
  • Implementar los nuevos proyectos, productos y reingeniera al proceso de Originacin de Crditos Hipotecarios que impactan a las reas operativas.
  • Comunicar de forma estratgica para cautivar la atencin para que las implementaciones la conozcan y entiendan todo el equipo de Banca Hipotecaria mediante el canal institucional.
  • Realizar el seguimiento a la Post-Implementacin de los proyectos para detectar incidencias y mejoras para asegurar la correcta operacin.
  • Definir y estructurar la Normatividad de Franquicia Comercial referente a Hipotecario.
  • Capacitar a nivel nacional los proyectos a implementar a la fuerza comercial y Fbrica Hipotecaria.
  • Definir los servicios con los Proveedores Institucionales para documentar los convenios.
  • Realizar la implementacin de CAPs en los procesos para atender issues generados durante auditoras.

Requisitos del Puesto

Formacin Acadmica

  • Licenciatura en Administracin, Ingeniera Industrial, Sistemas o afn.

Experiencia

  • Mnimo 1 ao en gestin de procesos, mejora continua e implementacin de proyectos.

Conocimientos Tcnicos

  • Documentacin y mapeo de procesos (Visio)
  • Conceptos bsicos de gestin de proyectos (PMI, Agile deseable).
  • Herramientas de Office (Excel intermedio).
  • Herramientas de seguimiento o gestin de tareas MS Project bsico).
