Job Description

The role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to bridge the gap between high-level process strategy and daily execution. In this role, you will work closely with functional SMEs to understand process gaps and work with Senior Process Architects to take broad process designs and translate them into actionable, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures.

Your mission is not just to document how things should work, but to ensure these processes are adopted by the team. You will be the champion of Change Management, ensuring that new workflows are understood, embraced, and continuously refined based on real-world feedback.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or points of friction. Conduct shadowing sessions (side-by-sides), user interviews, and data analysis to identify the root causes of inefficiency.

  • Translate high-level architectural designs into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures. Design intuitive flowcharts, diagrams, and implementation guides to ensure seamless understanding for end-users.

  • Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline workflows, resulting in faster resolution times and improved output accuracy.

  • Monitor adoption rates post-launch; identify where teams are struggling and intervene with targeted support or process adjustments.

  • Act as the "voice of the user" to leadership, explaining why a process might not be working on the ground.

  • Build a culture of continuous improvement where team members feel comfortable suggesting changes.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement. Previous experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech is a strong plus

  • Highly organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional writing skills; you have a gift for simplifying complex concepts into understandable steps.

  • Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures (i.e Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, Miro).

  • A strong understanding of how to use AI and automation tools to and improve process efficiency and quality

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies; you know how to facilitate behavioral change and help teams adopt new habits.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders.
