Job Description

About the Role:

As a Product Manager in our Card Payments Processing team, you'll be the product lead for a Geo Expansion squad, driving the launch of new card payment solutions globally. This is a career-defining opportunity to own critical initiatives and deliver significant impact as we scale our international presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver tangible value.

  • Deeply understand client and prospect pain points, driving prioritization for product development and unlocking new card processing opportunities.

  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy to build scalable, compliant, and configurable processing features that unlock value for our global expansion.

  • Maintain comprehensive product roadmaps in collaboration with other product and engineering leaders, ensuring alignment and coherent delivery across the company.

  • Translate desired outcomes and requirements into meaningful, implementable functionalities for our innovative payment products.

  • Synthesize and articulate complex business insights to deliver precise specifications and conduct thorough feasibility studies.

  • Proactively identify and resolve risks early in our card expansion projects, providing critical support to cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

What We Look For:

  • You've led complex product areas, demonstrating the ability to navigate intricate challenges and drive results by working cross-functionally across diverse teams and domains.

  • A strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to influence critical decisions and inspire confidence across all levels.

  • You get things done—you're highly organized and adept at coordinating internal and external teams to consistently meet ambitious timelines.

  • Obsessed with quality and attention to detail, relentlessly pursuing simplicity and efficiency in everything you deliver.

  • A pragmatic and innovative thinker, with demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and exceptional data & root cause analysis capabilities.

Nice to Haves:

  • A technical background, enabling deeper engagement with engineering teams.

  • Prior experience working within the payments industry.

We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.

It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.
