About the role:
We are seeking a Senior C# .NET developer to join the Tradeflow development team. The Tradeflow development team are responsible for building out the next generation of highly scalable, reusable and performant order entry services and applications for front office users. You will evaluate and use the latest .Net and open source technologies to deliver, maintain and enhance new and existing order management applications. You will work closely with execution desk and middle office technology teams across London, Singapore and New York.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior C# .Net developer in the Tradeflow team, you will be expected to:
- Play a key role in the architecture and design of mission-critical trading systems.
- Work closely with teams across London, Singapore, and New York.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate and adopt modern .NET and open-source technologies to continuously improve platform reliability and scalability.
- Build, optimize, and maintain multi-threaded services and real-time order entry applications.
- Ensure code quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
