Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & AI Positioning:

    • Define and execute the European AI First strategy and multiyear roadmap, aligned to global priorities and regional growth ambitions.
    • Position Capgemini as a trusted AI transformation leader with clients, partners, regulators, and European industry forums.
    • Partner with country and industry leadership to embed AI into offerings, GTM strategies, and investment priorities.
    • Drive Csuite level AI conversations focused on business value, operating model transformation, and measurable ROI.

Deal Leadership & Growth:

    • Drive AIled revenue growth, pipeline development, and deal conversion across Europe.
    • Lead and shape major European AI pursuits, providing executivelevel guidance on:
      • AI architecture and engineering choices
      • Agentic and generative AI integration
      • Commercial and delivery models
    • Build trusted relationships with Csuite and Boardlevel stakeholders.
    • Ensure consistent adoption of industrialised AI delivery patterns, accelerators, and commercial frameworks across countries.

AI Delivery & Excellence

    • Accountable for predictable, highquality delivery of largescale AI transformation programmes across multiple countries.
    • Ensure delivery models enable speed, quality, reusability, and risk control.
    • Embed strong engineering standards, platform thinking, and lifecycle governance across European AI engagements.
    • Improve delivery margin, timetovalue, and client satisfaction on AI programmes.

Key responsibilities

AIEnabled Transformation

    • Drive adoption of new tools, skills, and operating models required for:
      • GenAI at scale
      • Agentic systems
      • AIaugmented delivery and productivity
    • Ensure AI solutions are deployed responsibly, securely, and compliantly across programmes.

Development

    • Build and evolve European AI, data, and engineering capabilities through:
      • Structured upskilling and certification
      • Leadership development
      • Strategic hiring
    • Strengthen delivery capability and innovation through deep partnerships with hyperscalers and key technology vendors.
    • Improve consistency of skills, quality, and delivery maturity across all European countries.

Asset Adoption & Innovation

    • Drive regional reuse of AI assets, accelerators, platforms, and patterns to accelerate outcomes and reduce delivery risk.
    • Increase speedtovalue through proven, repeatable AI solutions.
    • Foster innovation and cocreation with clients, partners, and startups to deliver industryspecific AI solutions.
    • Align industry, delivery, and platform teams to maximise scale and impact.

Ecosystem & Market Influence

    • Strengthen Capgeminis role within the European AI ecosystem, engaging with hyperscalers, academia, alliances, and public sector bodies.
    • Contribute to thought leadership and represent Capgemini at key industry events.

Governance & Responsible AI

    • Ensure compliance with Groupwide AI governance, ethics, security, and regulatory standards.
    • Support clients in navigating European AI regulation and emerging compliance requirements.
    • Maintain strong oversight across AI engagements.

Essential Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in AI, digital, cloud, or largescale technology transformation.
  • Proven success leading multicountry or multidisciplinary teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong track record of winning and delivering enterprisescale transformation programmes.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior client and partner stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, engineering practices, and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model.
  • Background in consulting or professional services.
  • Current residence in UK, Spain, Netherlands or Germany

Desirable Experience
