About the Job
Capgemini is looking for a Technical Support specialist role to assist users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Your Role
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints about technical issues
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
- Tracking system issues through resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Maintaining a record of customer issues as well as the solution strategy for future reference
Your Profile
- 3+ Years experience a technical support role
- Specialists must be able to convey technical information in a way that is understandable to non-technical users, making tech problems less intimidating.
- A good problem-solving mindset to quickly identify problems and provide solutions, often under pressure.
- Specialists must identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be able to adapt to new technologies and changes in the industry, learn new processes and remain flexible.
