Your Role

  • Lead functional architecture and solution design for Teamcenter implementations and upgrades
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Define data models, workflows, and BOM structures within Teamcenter
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment
  • Drive PLM best practices and standardization across the organization
  • Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with Teamcenter capabilities
  • Ensure integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES
  • Provide guidance during testing, validation, and go-live phases
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Teamcenter modules (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Document Management)

Your Profile

  • Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and modules
  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes
  • Familiarity with BOM management, change management, and workflows
  • Experience working with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Good understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
