Your role

Team Manager Org Health Advisory delivers highquality advisory and insightled work for senior HR leaders at our client, supporting strategic and operational decisionmaking across HR domains. The role combines consulting capability, analytical thinking and strong delivery discipline and acts as deputy leader of the Advisory hub.

This is a key leadership role within the Advisory Hub and is expected to deputise for the Senior Manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership, delivery and client engagement.

Your tasks

  • Deliver HR advisory engagements using data & insights
  • Build relationships with senior HR stakeholders
  • Shape recommendations, hypotheses, and advisory approach
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Act as deputy to Senior Manager (leadership & delivery backup)
  • Promote high standards, collaboration, accountability
  • Manage workstreams/projects within larger programmes
  • Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery standards
  • Identify and resolve/escalate risks
  • Lead/contribute to analytics and insight generation
  • Translate data into clear business messages
  • Support development and use of data products
  • Apply governance, quality standards, and processes
  • Improve Advisory Hub ways of working
  • Ensure documentation and controls compliance

Your profile

  • Experience in HR consulting, people advisory, internal consulting or a closely related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in managing stakeholder relationships and building trusted partnerships either with senior stakeholders or clients, that deliver mutual success.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, with experience working with data, insights or analytics in a business context and managing analytical workstreams.
  • Significant experience of one or more People (HR) fields, whether in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Reward, Employee Experience or Learning & Talent Development
  • Experience delivering projects or workstreams within complex programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Proven people management experience, with readiness to operate as a senior deputy.
