Supply Chain Consultant

Your Role

As part of Capgemini Invent's Intelligent Industry team in the Middle East, you will work on high-impact transformation programs for leading industrial clients across manufacturing, energy, logistics, and process industries, across specific profiles

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, operations, or transformation roles
  • Knowledge of at least two of: supply chain planning, network optimization, S&OP, demand forecasting, logistics, procurement
  • Experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions (strategy, process, or technology)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, or supply chain planning software (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), ability to present to senior stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with supply chain digitalization (control towers, IoT, advanced analytics)
  • Familiarity with the Middle East or industrial markets (manufacturing, energy, FMCG, retail)
  • Knowledge of Arabic
