Your role

We are looking for a Senior TA professional who can redefine how organizations attract and hire talent - not just operate existing processes. This role sits at the core of Talent Acquisition transformation, combining strategy, operations, and technology to design scalable, future-ready hiring models. You will lead initiatives that embed AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making into the Recruit-to-Hire (R2H) lifecycle across global environments.

Your tasks

• Lead endtoend TA transformation across processes, technology, and operating models
• Define futurestate TA strategy, roadmap, and maturity improvements
• Drive centralization, standardization, and scalable delivery models
• Embed AI solutions across sourcing, screening, matching, and insights
• Enable predictive, datadriven hiring and ensure responsible AI use
• Redesign and optimize full recruitment lifecycle (req → offer)
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks that drive performance
• Build and enhance modern TA tech ecosystems (ATS, CRM, automation)
• Integrate tools and digitize workflows at scale
• Advise senior leaders and shape TA solutions aligned to business needs
• Lead global workshops, diagnostics, and transformation initiatives
• Manage complex, multiregion delivery with balanced standardization
