You Role

As an Solution Integration Engineer, you are responsible for the design, deployment, and integration of telecom service orchestration and fulfillment solutions, with a strong focus on Nokia FlowOne/NOrC platforms. You support end-to-end service provisioning, including order management and activation across multi-vendor and multi-domain environments.You perform system integration activities, including configuration of FlowOne/NOrC components, integration with OSS/BSS systems (CRM, billing, inventory, network elements), and implementation of service catalogs, workflows, and orchestration processes. You design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks, ensuring seamless communication across systems.You customize workflows, service models, and orchestration logic, and may develop adapters or microservices where required. You are also responsible for testing (unit, integration, system) and troubleshooting provisioning and orchestration issues.Working closely with architects, developers, and operations teams, you provide L2/L3 support during UAT and production rollout, while contributing to documentation and continuous knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience in Nokia FlowOne/NOrC
• specializing in service orchestration, order management, and telecom system integration.
• Strong background in OSS/BSS architectures and end-to-end service lifecycle, from design and order capture to provisioning, activation, and assurance.
• Experienced in configuring service catalogs, workflows, and orchestration models, with solid expertise in integrating complex systems using REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and integration frameworks such as Kafka or ESB.
• Comfortable working in multi-vendor, multi-technology environments.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix systems and database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL), with additional exposure to Java, scripting (Python/Shell), and DevOps practices including CI/CD and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration and provisioning issues.
• A collaborative professional with a focus on delivering scalable, automated, and high-performance telecom solutions.
