YOUR ROLE

• Ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and resilience of our cloud native platforms and customer facing services
• Work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, applying automation, observability, and modern reliability practices
• Set up end to end observability (metrics, logs, traces) across distributed systems.
• Implement and manage SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for our services together with the product teams.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and proactively identify sources of instability.
• Work closely with development teams to embed reliability early into the SDLC, partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to align reliability frameworks.
• Experience working in production and operational environments, including on-call support.
• Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills in high-availability systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, security).
• Experience following structured processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and production operations.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalents).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
