YOUR ROLE

Capgemini Engineering is searching for a Service Delivery Manager to strengthen our teams in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact in the service/project delivery cycle.
  • Ensure regular status meetings with teams, guaranteeing progress monitoring and alignment of priorities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of service/project delivery.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) to ensure the quality of delivery.
  • Manage incidents and problems, ensuring their timely resolution.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of processes, promoting best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in management, Computer Engineering or similar field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT service management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL (preferred).
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship management.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
