Your role

You play a key role in supporting and enhancing our virtual desktop and infrastructure environment. You ensure stable operations, smooth user experiences, and strong governance across ITIL processes. By managing ServiceNow workflows, maintaining enterprise configurations, supporting Citrixbased VDI, and coordinating with crossfunctional teams, you help keep our systems secure, efficient, and reliable. Your work directly improves daily operations for users and contributes to the continuous development of our virtual workplace.

Your tasks

  • Design, integrate, install, and decommission systems across the enterprise environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the correct operations of virtual desktop environments.
  • Perform acceptance testing and address user feedback on performance and experience.
  • Provide 2ndlevel support for VDI applications and infrastructure.
  • Manage ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management.
  • Coordinate operational activities with internal teams and service providers.
  • Support communication delivery within and outside the client organization.
  • Follow up and remediate issues identified during technical and security audits.

Your profile

  • Experience in 2ndlevel support for virtual desktop environments.Knowledge of Citrix Cloud VDI management, including monitoring, licensing, connectors, images, sessions, and reporting.
  • Handson skills in PowerShell scripting and maintaining GPOs.
  • Experience administering enterprise environments and working with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management.
  • Ability to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and support SLAdriven environments.
  • Collaborative mindset for coordinating with technical teams and service partners.
  • Proficiency in English.
