Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lightning Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Integration, and Salesforce best practices, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Develop scalable and reusable Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Classes, and Test Classes.
• Customize and automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third party system integrations.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces using API-led connectivity and platform events.
• Implement declarative features such as Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, Approval Processes, and Permission Sets.
• Optimize Salesforce configuration for performance and reusability.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and perform code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5 to 10 years of hands on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Apex Programming (Classes, Triggers, REST APIs)
o Aura Components
o SOQL and SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce Integration and API Development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.'

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 106230 to 145000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
