Your role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to independently lead and oversee multiple complex projects and programs within a dynamic and highly regulated Life Sciences environment. As a senior delivery leader, you will act as a key counterpart to executive stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and ensure consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes across programs.

In this role, you will demonstrate advanced program management expertise, strong leadership presence, and deep industry understanding, enabling you to manage largescale initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across business and technical domains.

Your responsibilities

• Work independently with full ownership of largescale programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities
• Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously, providing direction to project managers and ensuring consistency in delivery, governance, and quality
• Define program strategy and execution roadmaps, guiding delivery across teams while managing major risks, dependencies, and critical interdependencies
• Ensure consistent, highquality delivery of measurable results across all initiatives under your responsibility
• Manage significant budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams
• Design, implement, and maintain robust governance structures to support decisionmaking, transparency, and escalation management
• Build and maintain stakeholder alignment at senior and executive levels, influencing decisions and resolving complex escalations
• Lead complex issue resolution across programs, balancing regulatory, operational, and business constraints
• Coach, mentor, and develop project managers, contributing to increased delivery maturity and capability across the organization
• Actively contribute to organizational transformation initiatives, improving ways of working, delivery models, and program management maturity

Your profile

• Masters degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record leading complex, multistakeholder programs
• Confirmed industry experience in Life Sciences or pharmaceuticals, with strong subjectmatter expertise
• Demonstrated capability to deliver transformation initiatives, including crossfunctional and crossdomain programs
• Advanced mastery of program and project management methodologies, governance models, and delivery frameworks
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge executive stakeholders
• Extensive experience managing budgets, resources, interdependencies, and portfoliolevel execution
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP principles, and regulatory environments
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to produce clear, presentationready materials for steering committees and leadership forums
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strategic, resilient, and solutionoriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills in complex, multicultural environments
