Ensure overall procurement service competitiveness through developing and optimizing the Procurement Service overall. Provides effective leadership to the procurement teams, sets clear expectations, and elevates a culture of excellence. Provides inputs to Procurement Excellence delivery roadmap. Manages team of experts.
