Job Description

  1. Lead end-to-end transition of services and staff, ensuring continuity of service levels.
  2. Own transition project delivery across scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and resources.
  3. Manage transition budgets, financials, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
  4. Shape and deliver transition solutions with bid, solution, and architecture teams.
  5. Drive DGEM alignment, impact assessments, and Day 1 readiness with Transformation teams.
  6. Manage scope changes, client approvals, and identify revenue opportunities.
  7. Ensure effective knowledge transfer, training, and handover with formal sign-offMonitor SLAs, proactively resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
  8. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication and reportingLead and manage transition teams, including coaching, performance feedback, and people management.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  1. Must be experienced in 3rd party transitions this will not involve somebody who is only experienced in Captive set up or internal transitions alone.
  2. The last role in the current organization should be as a Transition Manager / Transition RoleVivid in explaining their current transition methodology/ risks/ challenges faced.
  3. Experience in handling bid process/ be a transition counterpart during RFPs & bids/ transition solution experience in devising plans, costs etc
