Senior Developer Simulation Platform (Python & C++)

Your Role
As a Senior Developer, you will design and develop simulation frameworks that enable testing without physical hardware using realistic models. You will ensure software quality, scalability, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and test simulation framework software
- Develop and maintain software requirements, design, and test documentation
- Ensure timely delivery using version control tools like GitHub and ClearCase
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirement analysis to implementation
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Your Profile
- Strong expertise in Python, C++, and C
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and Makefile-based builds
- Strong understanding of OOPS, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience working on Linux OS and tools like VS Code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with BDD testing and automation frameworks
- Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of V-model development approach
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
