Your Role
- Lead endtoend Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion ADM service delivery for large enterprise accounts.
- Own client-facing SDM responsibilities including SLAs, KPIs, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Manage multilocation delivery teams ensuring operational excellence and continuous service improvement.
- Drive AIled automation, innovation, and productivity improvements within Oracle AMS engagements.
- Ensure strong financial managementforecasting, budgeting, margin control, and account growth.
Your Profile
- 1820 years IT experience with 10+ years as SDM/Project Manager in Oracle ADM engagements.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, PPM, EPM) and Oracle EBS, including integrations and PaaS extensions.
- Strong experience in Staffing domain and complex enterprise application landscapes.
- Proven leadership in SLAdriven AMS delivery, large teams, and multivendor environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and metricsdriven continuous improvement.
