About Your Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead Application Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team of developers while remaining hands-on in building scalable and maintainable applications.
You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, ensuring best practices, and aligning application development with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development processes
- Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met
- Drive modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile methodologies)
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
About You
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in application development
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native development)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
