About the job youre considering

Join Capgeminis SAP team as a Programme/Portfolio Manager, supporting one of our largest global clients. You will oversee the delivery and governance of multiple SAP projects within a complex IT environment, ensuring client value and fostering strong relationships. This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of office, client site, and home working.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it
will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent
criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role

• Govern and deliver a portfolio of SAP projects or programmes through the full lifecycle.
• Ensure accountability for scope, cost, timeline, risks, and issues.
• Manage progress and financial reporting using best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Support business development, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
• Lead delivery of complex, multi-team projects and align with account strategy.
• Drive continuous innovation and client value

Your skills and experience

• Extensive SAP delivery experience across large-scale, multi-million-pound projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Industry-recognised qualification (e.g., PRINCE2).
• Strong strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven financial, commercial, and vendor management expertise.
• Ability to work independently in competitive environments.
