  • Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) solutions covering service orders, notifications, and warranties.
  • Manage endtoend service processes including repairs, service contracts, complaints, and returns.
  • Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, PM, and FI to ensure seamless service execution and billing.
  • Provide leadership in issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for service operations.

Your Profile:

  • 412 years of handson experience in SAP CS (Customer Service) module across implementation and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of service management, service order processing, warranties, and service billing.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional integrations and complex customer service scenarios.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
