We are seeking experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • The Salesforce Tech Lead is defined and review technical designs and solution architecture aligned with user stories and business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and established design patterns.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable implementations.
  • Drive performance optimization and maintain system reliability.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and support to the development (DEV) team to enhance their skills and productivity.


Your Skills:

  • Apex Triggers Classes Batch Queueable Schedulers
  • Lightning Web Components LWC
  • Aura Components if required
  • Data Modelling with SOQLSOSL
  • Implement integrations using RESTSOAP APIs Platform Events and middleware
  • Customize Salesforce using standard features before opting for custom solutions
  • Good to Have Devops CICD deployments Process experience
