Your Role
As an S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you take ownership of all delivery activities within the SAP Finance domain, ensuring that service levels, quality standards, and contractual commitments are consistently met.
You act as the bridge between business and technology:
- You understand the financial challenges of our customers and translate these into clear IT requirements using SAPs latest innovations (S/4HANA, Fiori, cloud-based extensions, etc.).
- You design and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance solutions that improve efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
- You contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and introduce new SAP capabilities.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of consultants and take part in the full lifecycle of SAP solution delivery:
- Supporting clients in designing and validating future-state processes
- Configuring and customizing SAP Finance modules
- Executing testing activities and safeguarding solution quality
- Guiding end users during acceptance, training, and golive
- Ensuring smooth SAP operations as part of the Application Maintenance Service model
- Acting as a trusted advisor for finance-related topics within S/4HANA
Your Profile
- Strong S/4 Finance expertise; exposure to PS, MM, SD, EWM is a plus. Proficient in ABAP debugging and general troubleshooting.
- Analyze and document system interface requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and third-party systems. Develop solution blueprints and functional specifications based on business input.
- Knowledgeable in change management processes, including requirement understanding, functional specification writing, testing, validation, and documentation. Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in Application Management & Development. General understanding of business processes and cross-integration areas.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree with +5 years of experience in SAP solutions for Finance, focusing on P2P, RTR, and Accounts Payable. Strong integration knowledge with S/4 Procurement & Sales processes. SAP certifications are advantageous.
- Team player with strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and the ability to coach and develop junior consultants. Customer-oriented, result-driven, and committed to delivering quality. Fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
