Your role

You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightdriven rewards reporting and analytics in support of the Client Reward Center of Excellence (CoE). The role acts as a key delivery point for external & management reporting, and supports adhoc analytical requests.

Your tasks

  • Deliver standard, external, and management rewards reporting in line with client, regulatory, and governance requirements.
  • Provide analytical insights, trend analysis, and dashboards to support reward strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Manage and respond to adhoc data and reporting requests from the Client.
  • Collaborate closely with the Reporting & Analytics team to ensure data integrity, methodological consistency, and alignment of outputs.
  • Act as functional backup to the Reward Global Process Owner, supporting continuity across reporting, analytics, and governance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality standards, controls, and documentation, including auditready reporting practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and analytical frameworks.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Rewards, Compensation, and/or HR Reporting & Analytics.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in Center of Excellence or global delivery model, managing multiple stakeholder demands.
  • High attention to detail, strong data discipline, and comfort operating under defined controls.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix, governanceled environment.
