About the Role
We are looking for a Retailer Gateway Support Analyst to help clients unlock the full potential of our Retailer Gateway platforms. This role combines technical expertise, client support, and analytical insight to drive platform adoption, enhance satisfaction, and deliver business value. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide onboarding, reporting, and strategic guidance for effective platform use.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in adopting Retail Gateway platforms and maximizing value.
- Develop reports, templates, and analyses to accelerate adoption.
- Deliver insights based on data integration (POS, Panel, Shopper Loyalty).
- Act as a platform expert, educating clients on best practices.
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities.
- Monitor usage, measure impact, and share success stories.
- Escalate client issues and propose functionality enhancements.
Core Competencies
- Ability to connect client needs with platform capabilities.
- Tech-savvy and eager to master new tools (AI, visualization).
- Strong analytical mindset and retail landscape knowledge.
- Skilled in creating insightful reports and strategic narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Marketing; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years in marketing, sales, or analytics within CPG or related industries.
- Experience with syndicated data and market research.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced analytics.
- Strong communication skills; high level of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of U.S. retail and shopper behavior preferred.
