Full Job Description

5+ years of test automation and software testing experience.

2+ years of experience in programming languages: Java, Spring Framework (it will work if they have other Programming Languages if they are able to take it up with Java.

o Focusing on API and Database

3+ years of experience working with Selenium and API automation scripting and testing tools such as Postman, Swagger.

Experience in software testing of applications through all phases of testing Test Planning, Functional Testing, Regression and User Acceptance/Certification Testing.

Experience with source code and version control management tools - Subversion, GitHub / We are looking for GitHub but if they have experience on other tools it is ok.

Experience with Bug Tracking Tools Jira; Test Management Tools Zephyr, TestRail / if they have experience on other tools it is ok, if they have Jira it will help them to understand it better.

Proficiency in automation testing frameworks. Building integration, acceptance, and performance test automation (good to have) Selenium, Jmeter, TestNG / Experience in Framework / contribute something to the framework Selenium is mandatory if experience in SpringBoot is a nice to have.

Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines tools such as AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven / If exposure Jenkins it helps / Using selenium normally requires Jenkins experience, if no much experience in Jenkins but experience in Programming, Jenkins can be trained.

Experience with Collaboration Tools Confluence and SharePoint.

Experience with all types of development methodologies Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative development / Agile is being used with Client.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and product managers.

Leadership & Offshore Team Management

Effectively lead and mentor remote/offshore teams, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery alignment across geographies.

Establish clear communication channels and governance for teams operating in different time zones.

Drive performance through KPIs, regular check-ins, and continuous feedback.

Build a high-performing team culture, promoting ownership, accountability, and engagement in a virtual environment.
