Your role

  • Act as a strategic business partner with an operational mindset, ensuring strong collaboration across Capgemini entities (Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers).
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including KPIs (WIP/BIA, revenue, cost), and perform budget vs. forecast analysis for the project portfolio.
  • Manage monthly financial closing: ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense tracking, provisions, and variance analysis; present results to leadership and finance teams.
  • Control delivery costs and productivity commitments, working closely with onshore and offshore controlling teams to enforce cost containment measures.
  • Maintain and update reporting tools, oversee WIP/BIA positions, billing processes, and ensure compliance with financial standards and audit requirements.
  • Support business partners in sales coordination, ensuring proper submission of client offers and adherence to internal processes.

Your profile

  • Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals within Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Accounting and Revenue Recognition as per IFRS.
  • Experience in Cost Accruals and Passing Journal Entries.
  • Project Controlling with SAP experience (Good to have: SAP HANA 4 or Oracle).
