The project coordinator supports project managers and the PMO by coordinating project activities tracking progress and ensuring projects follow standard processes and timelines

YOUR ROLE

  • Support planning tracking and delivery of multiple projects
  • Maintain project schedules status reports and documentation
  • Track risks issues actions and dependencies
  • Organize project meetings and record minutes
  • Prepare dashboards and management reports
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and processes
  • Support budget resource and vendor tracking as required

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5 years experience in PMO or Project Coordination roles
  • Knowledge of Agile and/ or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong skills in MS Excel PowerPoint MS Project Jira or similar tools
  • Good communication coordination and organizational skills
