Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to drive growth of AI and Generative AI solutions across the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on dataled transformation. This role will shape how insurers leverage AI to enhance decisionmaking, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and risk management.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of industry expertise, strategic storytelling, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GTM Strategy & Market Positioning

Define and execute the GTM strategy for AI and Gen AI offerings within the Insurance domain.
Identify highimpact use cases across underwriting, claims, distribution, customer experience, and risk/compliance.
Develop differentiated value propositions positioning AI as a core business capability rather than just a technology initiative.
Shape industry narratives and thought leadership around AIled insurance transformation.


2. Client Engagement & Growth

Partner with senior client stakeholders (business and technology leaders) to identify AI and datadriven transformation opportunities.
Lead strategic conversations, workshops, and executive briefings to articulate the business value of AI.
Drive pipeline creation, deal shaping, and conversion for AIled engagements.
Support large, complex pursuits with compelling business cases and outcomedriven proposals.


3. Offer Development & Innovation

Define and evolve AI/Gen AI offerings tailored to Insurance, including:

Claims automation and intelligence
Underwriting augmentation
Customer and agent insights
Fraud detection and risk analytics

Collaborate with internal teams to build scalable, repeatable solutions and accelerators.
Align offerings with emerging industry trends, regulatory expectations, and client priorities.


4. Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

Establish market presence through publications, speaking engagements, and client forums.
Provide insights on how AI is reshaping insurance business models, operating models, and customer expectations.
Influence senior stakeholders by connecting AI strategy to measurable business outcomes.


5. CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with delivery, consulting, data, and platform teams to align GTM messaging with execution capabilities.
Act as a bridge between business needs and solution development to ensure relevance and scalability.
Enable internal teams with clear positioning, messaging, and clientready narratives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 180,000 to 225,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
