PMO Analyst

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior PMO to support project governance, reporting, and coordination across the organization. This role will assist in maintaining project standards, tracking performance, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsabilities:

• Support the PMO in maintaining project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against milestones
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (status reports, risk logs, RAID logs, dashboards)
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes and action items
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when required
• Support resource planning and capacity tracking
• Assist with financial tracking, budgeting, and cost reporting (where applicable)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 02 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• English language fluency
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analytical mindset with basic reporting skills
• Stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
