Your role

You will join our PMO team within the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, based in Wrocaw, Pozna or Gdask. In this role, you support clients through financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication coordination. You can expect to work with a growing group of project management specialists who treat PMO as their passion, giving you the opportunity to deepen your skills and contribute to smooth, effective project delivery.

Your tasks

  • supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records;
  • assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations;
  • creating and overseeing invoices;
  • managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents;
  • providing administrative support for the project.

Your profile

  • Fluency in German (B2) and good English communication (B1);
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving approach;
  • Diligent, detailoriented and wellorganized;
  • Adaptable and motivated in a clientfocused environment;
  • Active listener who collaborates well with others;
  • Communicates in a way that supports teamwork and smooth coordination.
